I have been out of town, visiting relatives, for the past few days. So, I was unplugged (well, mostly - I still had my Kindle to keep me company.) Anyway, I thought I would share another of the photos I took the previous week with you this Macro Monday:

This weekend, I put the 50mm macro lens on the 5D, and on Sunday went out and got these photos on the way to church. I thought I would share them with you, as a way to brighten up the beginning of the work week.

I thought that, to start the week off right, I would share with you some flowers I shot this past weekend. What type of flowers are they, you ask? I am not sure as to their scientific names, but I do know that they are

small flowers,

large flowers,

somewhat erotic(!?) flowers,

and colorful flowers. Go forth, and have a great week!

I thought I would start this Independence Day off with a photo I took several days ago, as I was walking into the office. The sunrise was just at that point where the reflection of the sun off the clouds gives the sky a real strong reddish glow, and I was taken by the contrast of the sky with the tree.
