I got it at CoffeeGroundz in Midtown (across the street from the Specs mothership) - it is made/supplied by Trentino Gelato, don't know if they sell it at other sites or if this was a trial balloon. (No, I don't have the recipe, alas.)
I will write more on it this Friday, but basically: I liked it, but the bacon bits sprinkled in/over the gelato made it a little salty.
