Today's image is another of my early tests of HDRI (High Dynamic Range Imaging). For this image, I decided to use as my subject the former Imperial Sugar refinery complex in Sugar Land, TX.
This time, after I ran the original exposures through PhotoMatix Pro, I realized why it is that a tripod is recommended. Even though (or maybe because) I took the shots in burst mode, the camera moved slightly - and the combined image shows this. While it is only real noticeable when you look at the full-size image, it is certainly something that would keep me from attempting to sell the image (except maybe as a postcard, where that level of detail wouldn't be visible.)
Take a look at the image, and tell me what you think.
