Yeah, I meant to post this yesterday, but things like the weather and my general laziness got the better of me.

The following photo is representative of the breakfast I eat during the work week. I get an order of scrambled eggs (with cheese) and a sausage and ham quesadilla from a local eatery in the building where I work. (I used to go for several of the cold, hard-boiled eggs, however they gave me the hiccups.) When the mood strikes me (and they are available, which is not always since they are so tasty and popular), I also pick up a bacon, ham, and cheese scone (made by local bakery Mallie's Desserts) over at The CoffeeGroundz. The result is visible below:

What's really nice is that, with this breakfast, I am good until lunch - not even a minor hunger pang. And, even though there are quite a few carbs present here, the combination doesn't cause a blood sugar spike.
