A novel idea for settling debts
I for one think that creditors who take federal bailout $$$ should be REQUIRED to accept payment offers like this. I can also think of some collectors I would have loved to try this one (specifically, the call-bot from AFNI who couldn't get it through it's thick skull that my name wasn't in fact "Dahn Dihn Dong" or whatever.)
