The KISD Principle

Based on The KISS Principle, I have come up with a way to describe what appears to be the governing philosophy practiced by the pinheads administration at the Katy ISD.
My brainchild, called The KISD Principle, which stands for:
- Keeping It Stupid Definitely
or
- Keep It Stupid D00d
