Google shows New Orleans in pre-Katrina state: FEMA declares victory

Upon receipt of a Daily Intelligence Briefing from the CIA showing that Google had updated the satellite imagery for the New Orleans area with pre-Katrina images, FEMA today declared victory in the War on Water, and announced that New Orleans was fully liberated from the hurricane's effects. Based on this new photographic evidence presented by Google, insurance companies have decided that no actual damage ever took place, that the images everyone saw previously were the work of a "black op" government conspiracy on the lines of the first Moon landing, and therefore are denying all claims.
Later this week, the US Navy is expected to move the Battleship USS Texas to a point just off of Jackson Square, and President Bush will land in a helicopter on the fantail next to a large banner declaring "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED".
