All parties were ecstatic on the heels of the announcement of a new deal to rid North Korea of its nuclear program.
During the question and answer session after the announcement, one of the reporters asked Kim Jong-Il where he learned his strategy was for concluding the very difficult, but ultimately successful, negotiations. The 'Dear Leader' replied that he followed the teachings of philosopher Sun Tsu, using his adversary's strength against him - just as he had the last time. When asked to clarify his statement, he brought forth a bottle of shampoo, telling the assembled crowd that he had simply followed the directions that the Americans had given him.
Lather... Rinse... Repeat as necessary.
